Daniel graduated with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law in December, 1994, and began practicing law in Muscatine with Stanley, Lande & Hunter, PC, in 1995. He moved to Washington in 1997, and became a partner in January, 2000. Daniel has been the Washington County Judicial Magistrate since October, 2003. He is a member of the Washington County, Iowa State, and American Bar Associations. Daniel lives in Washington with his family.
